Our Process

· Initial greeting letter and assessment, including budget and timeline, criteria, needs and desires;

· Contract (e-sign and flat fee payment is made) outlining agent/tenant relationship;

· Email listings, curated with tenant-specific parameters and schedule;

· Scheduling of (optionally virtual) viewings, tailored to tenant convenience;

· Facilitation of application, queries with landlord, managing logistical details;

· Lease-signing, safe transfer of funds and key management.

The Fee

The flat fee for BLACKSTONE [LUX]’s dedicated leasing services is $500, which is to-be paid at the time that contract is signed. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee for managing every aspect of a tenant’s housing search.
