About Robin Lake

Robin Lake is the organizational powerhouse behind The Blackstone Team, serving as the Director of Client Services. In this role, Robin ensures seamless operations by managing a wide range of behind-the-scenes tasks, enabling the team to focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. Her expertise lies in streamlining processes, coordinating transactions, and ensuring that every detail is meticulously handled. Robin’s ability to anticipate needs and provide proactive support has been instrumental in The Blackstone Team’s continued success.

With a passion for efficiency and excellence, Robin has played a pivotal role in helping the team achieve Circle of Sales Excellence Platinum and Platinum Plus Awards every year since 2015. Her leadership and organizational acumen have also contributed to The Blackstone Team consistently ranking as one of the top-performing teams in Providence and the East Side.

Robin’s background combines corporate management experience with a deep love for real estate. She holds a Bachelor’s in English and a Master’s in Education from the University of Virginia. Before joining The Blackstone Team, she honed her skills as a Client Care Coordinator for a Washington, DC real estate agent and as Director of Operations for a wireless business in Maryland, where she developed her expertise in operations and team management.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Robin has lived in Leesburg, Virginia, and Portland, Oregon, before settling in East Greenwich with her architect husband, Jeremy. When she’s not ensuring The Blackstone Team’s success, Robin enjoys baking, exploring new walking trails with Jeremy and their Whoodle, Chewie, and supporting her two college-age children, Mason and Cooper, as they pursue their studies.
