About Eren Durmaz

Eren Durmaz has been a rising star in residential real estate for the past three years, recognized for outstanding performance and commitment to excellence. Eren received the prestigious Rising Star of the Year Award in 2024, Diamond Sales Award from the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors in 2022 and 2023 and was named Rookie of the Year in 2022.

With a proven track record, including doubling sales from 2022 to 2023, Eren brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every transaction. In addition to his accomplishments, Eren serves as a director on the board of the Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors, playing an active role in shaping the future of the local real estate community. Eren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, a field that has shaped his client-first mentality. Whether working with first-time homebuyers or seasoned sellers, Eren is known for creating a personalized and seamless experience from start to finish. His ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions sets him apart in a crowded market. 

Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, Eren carries a global perspective into his work. A passionate traveler, Eren has explored 4 countries and 15 U.S. states, bringing a spirit of discovery and openness to his client relationships. Drawing from years spent playing and coaching soccer, Eren combines a competitive edge with a team-oriented approach, ensuring success for every client. 

When not working, Eren enjoys spending time with family. Eren’s wife, Abi, works as a Senior Event Manager at Brown University, and together they have a daughter, Ruby. Their family currently lives in North Providence. A true foodie, Eren loves to try new restaurants and cuisines, always on the lookout for the next great meal.
